Journal Entry:
"Dreamed, little or no recall. All I remember is that I was in a camp type situation. Camp as in Prison, not Madagascal.
Up around 7, H/L Drink, answered Mom’s email. Going to try to write a letter a day going forward minimally. Woke up with fresh insight into my case and particularly the prosecutor’s mindset. Going to work it into the Angus King letter, then more letters. Did more legal research, CR [Compassionate Release], Frivolous Motions, Fair Use (OLD/new DEF.) Important.
LUNCH: Turkey Burger, (I can see the spices on them) (I’m thinking cayenne, S&P, and ?), FF (which wasn’t bad), Roll, Bread Pudding; ok but not the best.
Bunch of dudes walking around, might be an inspection. Stupid. Finished and sent debarment appeal email. Will do a mail copy by registered mail once I get the docs.
SUPPER: Gross Nachos, ate some, not much, glad I saved half a turkey burger.
Watched about 45 mins of LW2 [Lethal Weapon 2], that was all I can handle, need to do something. No laps, so back to 2 laps tomorrow. No email, which is surprising."
Extra Notes (Opposite Page)
You’re in My Seat: Lethal Weapon 2 & 3 as it stands right now. That could change and frequently does.
Camden Film Festival: Docs Film Festival – 17th Annual Fest. Hybrid in-person/online, 37 feature-length films and 33 shorts.
"The Rescue": About the 2018 Thai soccer team rescue.
"Procession": Robert Greene (Netflix).
Notes for Day 92 (Four Years Later)
The "Camp" Distinction: Most of my life, my family had a camp on Madagascal Pond in

Maine. I spent my childhood summers there, so up until this point, "Camp" dreams meant vacation memories. Making the distinction that I was dreaming of a prison camp shows how deeply the incarceration was finally overriding my past life.
The Cognitive Shift: This was a robust entry, which meant I was feeling better and getting more done. I was starting to analyze the "prosecutor’s mindset" and digging into "frivolous motions"—likely looking at how the government characterizes pro-se filings to dismiss them.
Cinema as a Symptom: The Lethal Weapon movies have long been one of my favorite series; I’ve seen them endless times. The fact that I couldn't sit through even 45 minutes of a film I loved says something about my mental state—perhaps an inability to enjoy "escapist" violence while living in a controlled environment.
The Camden Connection: Even in prison, I was tracking the Camden Film Festival. Staying connected to the Maine film scene was a way of keeping my identity as a creator alive, even while I was being processed as a "criminal".
