Actual Entry  - 11/12/21 - FRI -

Up at 5, H/L/R Drink, doses then back to bed for some most excellent dreams. Finding fresh [crossed out words] get some cool aspects down *

Pulled the trigger on the Lessig. I was gonna maybe add something about section 108, but E said "stop over-thinking" it. Like He always does. I sent it. OJ and back to the PD/OW paper, I was going to wait but fuck it. I want to get it to Steve, before the appeal.

LUNCH: Famous Friday fish, passed, did the alternate, black bean. wh rice, CARROTS, Roll in reserve.

Back to the PDOW paper, going along, I'm finishing even if I learn it is inapplicable, a lot could be subject to interpretation and this could set the precedent. Must push Steve or do it myself after the first appeal.

If that happens I'll probably be in here for the full deal, but that's ok, got other pokers in the fire. Plus I can write and enjoy my early retirement. Break me. Hah.

SUPPER: CK Fahitas, wh rice, black beans (I see a pattern), veggies mix maybe. Wraps went into Reserve/Bird - Possum - Skunk Fund. (along with a little ck).

Did a little research, but not much, the word Archive is going to require a lot or not.... does say OR. Plus the room is busy, the morning or nights of big games are better times or good weather.

Just chillin in my CubiCell gonna read some more Crichton, State of Fear.

Got a response from Brewer PD, they need 21 more days, they're gonna push it to the max. Didn't go the same route as MSP tho. Interesting. David sent a letter too, I'll answer this week-end, maybe call.

  • Dream, I was driving around with H&S in some kind of buggy thing running into shit. It was weird. Then I went to Jills house but someone else lived there. Some evil one......

  • Before the evil guy could do anything, Halley Berry and Hugh Jackman, as themselves saved me. They were neighbors and they knew his shit.

  • Eventually I ended up back in the house with him, and he tried to drug me with a needle, suddenly I had Jakob Null like powers. I couldn't control I got away from him by jumping thru the window and falling uncontrollably above the city, lakes, etc etc. The End.

Four Years Later -

Weird dreams that merged the old world and this world—complete with famous actors—while I struggled to balance Outer Justice, my Orphan Works paper, and the first of a very few FOAA responses from the Brewer Police Department. I was just starting to discover that the Brewer PD was a serious linchpin in the “Other Case” that my copyright prosecution was tied to. I have started adding those FOAA requests and responses to the Documents section of this site.

With all that going on, I want to take a moment in these notes to talk about Michael Crichton's State of Fear, a book that really opened my eyes to the world and the “powers that be.” Basically, one of the core messages is that the ruling elite use fear to maintain control. It might sound like a conspiracy theory, but don’t forget: I had just entered prison at the height of COVID. The government was making massive changes and implementing new rules based on what? The fear of the pandemic, often without a lot of hard evidence. Some of it turned out to be real, and some of it didn’t. Sound familiar? While reading State of Fear, I was sitting in the middle of the living proof of exactly what Crichton was talking about. It is a fantastic book and one I will not forget anytime soon.

And since my “friends” on the r/COPYRIGHT subreddit always say I make every copyright issue about myself: creating a "state of fear" is also the exact method used to push ongoing copyright enhancements. It is the lifeblood their propaganda thrives on—just think of those old "You wouldn’t steal a purse, would you?" warnings.
