Day 74: My mind may be numb from the new psych meds or the Debarment Letter, but my resolve is stronger, and my commitment to winning this thing is more galvanized than ever.
Day 74: My mind may be numb from the new psych meds or the Debarment Letter, but my resolve is stronger, and my commitment to winning this thing is more galvanized than ever.

Journal Entry:

“Got up at 8:30. Very little sleep, but excited about these new prospects. The most important thing with this proposed debarment is not to react the way they want me to: with anger, or even what someone is looking for, with threatening emails. HLR drink/half meds, if I’m being weaned onto the ‘dream in technicolor drug.’

I worked on this Journal. Walking Distance—no, not Walking Distance, that’s done. Just used to writing it. My solo day in the kitchen, but J.K. always shows up.

BRUNCH: Eggs, tater tots, cheese, wrap. Ate most of it.

Worked on Compassionate Release (CR). Typed it all up. I will copy next week and send it out. Whatever happens, happens. I’m ready for it. Sent an email request to the DHS person and drafted the first email to them.

SUPPER: Beef chunks, kind of gross, mashed, mixed wet and soggy veggies. Bread into reserve.

Talked to H.L. about the debarment. He said they do that with drug dealers, but if it was a regular thing, why not do it at sentencing? Why nine months later? Something doesn’t make sense. I’m still fighting it. Basically, because I can.

‘You’re in my Seat’ – Top Gun. Watched for about 40 minutes. Still good. It seems like it should be dated, and some of it is, but it moves along at a brisk pace and has crisp dialogue and likable, colorful characters.”

Notes for Day 74 (Four Years Later)

A short entry, probably because my brain was still reeling from the debarment thing. I mean, it still fits into my ever-increasing WTR theory because that was actually what they wanted me to do: Something stupid, so I would commit another ‘crime’ from Jail.

But this was also pretty much the last of it. I mean, sure, they fought every motion I filed and will no doubt fight the next one. But they have to be out of time by now, right? Any information they think they can get off me has to be extremely dated and worthless, unless they are sitting on a bunch of sealed indictments.

And even then, I guess sometimes they just let the big bad guys get away with it because they screwed up. Well, that doesn’t sit right by me, and once I expose the whole truth, I bet it won’t sit well with much of society. The whole DOJ/BOP system is basically, as I said before, a big Whitey Bulger creating factory, churning out slicker and more professional criminals every day. All with taxpayer money. Your money.
