ACTUAL Entry - 11/07/21 - SUN -(Note: There is a Sunkist fruit sticker stuck to the top right of the page next to the date).
Up at 5:00, really 6:00 slept pretty good. H/L/R Drink, the Kitchen is back open. Wahoo! Drafted up the MSP response, (U know waiting is killing me). I may or may not send it Monday, def. out by WED if I don't hear from Steve. Fucking guy. Trying to wrap my head around a good start to Outer Justice (OJ), how about the hint of something epic, and brief convo between Chey & Dark.
BRUNCH: C.J. gave me a breakfast wrap while I was hanging in the Kitch w/E.
But I still went to brunch. S. Eggs, biscuit w/GRAVY, Potato wedges, Orange.
Worked on some stuff, no creative, that's not cool. I need to do the copyright motion/paper/whatever the fuck it is, so I can do primarily creative shit. I don't feel my time is wasted here. I've written alot, maybe if I get 4 or 5 OJ Books done I'll feel better. Whip those babies out!
SUPPER: CK Fried Rice, CARROTS, leftover biscuit (storage and prison fund)
Gonna start with Orphan Works. And the statue I find that I believe pertains to it. Again, you have to pay attention to the wording with those statues. Need a little more research, just going to write a page or two, with the appropriate quotations/citations.

Still No You're in my Seat -
Four Years Later -
Well, the energy level was there, but the frustration of not having the right direction was definitely present on my 138th day inside. Most of that frustration was caused by my then-attorney, Steve Smith. As soon as I walked through those prison doors, all representation from him... stopped. That is, if it was ever really there to begin with.
Plus, that "juvenile" excuse in the MSP response was a definite mind-blower. Even now, more than four years later, I firmly believe it was just a distraction—a bureaucratic tactic designed to prevent me from inquiring further. It didn't work. I am still relentlessly filing FOIA/FOAA requests with the Brewer PD, the Maine State Police, the Maine Attorney General's Office, and the Department of Homeland Security.
I will get to the truth, no matter how many hoops I have to jump through. Everything I learn will be documented right here, and any legally relevant material will also go straight onto PACER (Case No. 1:19-cr-00007-JAW).
