ACTUAL ENTRY - 11/06/21 - SAT -
Ugh, wide awake at 4:30, tried to kick back for a couple more hours but it didn't take. Waited for the Kitchen / LAN Room to open. H/L/R Drink, Doses, now waiting for the Law Library computer.
Printed off stuff about FOIA, couldn't find any Maine Connection. Keep searching.
Crashed back out, felt a little better. Gonna Shoot for some Barbell this morning.
Got a little done. The library is too popular a place for conversationists. It is what it is.

Write up another version of King letter, but one that connects WTR to my case, then as all the other FOIA come in. Mail to Media Outlets - like a mass press release. Show them the dots that need to be connected.
Once you have 3 solid questions for them to pursue [crossed out word] do it!
Why the selective prosecution?
What are the Maine State Police/Homeland Security/Dept Justice hiding?
Why was/is Jonathan Tardiff's Indictments sealed?
Going on 3 years now.
Four Years Later -
A kind of light day, but given the mixed bag of FOIA responses I was getting back, I was really leaning into the possibility of using the WTR (Walmart Theft Ring) theory for a future appeal. If the direct appeal failed, and the chances of my Fair Use and Orphan Works defense being properly weighed in a court of law evaporated, exposing the prosecutor’s pretextual case might be my only shot.
While it would be disappointing to have to pivot away from the core copyright arguments of the case, if my due process was violated and my trial wasn't fair, why not fight it from that angle? Basically, if the WTR theory is proven, it means the government weaponized and abused copyright law to commit a fraud on the court. Exposing that is just as important, and it could very well constitute a reversible error that demands correction.
