Actual Entry - 11/02/21 - Tues -

Up about 6:25, later than yesterday, but still solid night sleep. Surprise[crossed out word]ingly because of the response I received from MSP. basically it's a simple answer: no. We can not send you any records we have because they deal with juvvie. Now, might not seem like a big deal: Besides any normal person might say what the fuck is the investigation? Not exactly a great letter to get in prison, because of exactly where the mind goes. I don't think that was the intent, I think basically, it is the MSP protecting themselves legally as much as possible and hoping I just go away and enjoy my forced retirement here at ft. Devens. Not a chance.

LUNCH: CK Patties (1 in reserve, dog fund), lettuce, wh rice, beans.

Worked on more research, trying to grapple with the response I got from MSP. What was there point? Of course, the more I think about it, they couldn't have refused it by [crossed out word] way of on-going investigation because it is no longer one for them. The juvvie approach is the only way. But they didn't deny it because it might come out later. What am I saying? It is coming out later. All of it.

SUPPER: Ground up meat fajitas, black beans, Wh Rice, green beans.

Didn't do alot, chilled, plus A.K. kept bringing things over, in between people stealing them or so he said.

You're in my Seat - Shooter w/ M. Wahlberg it was pretty good. Watched most of it. Tho got very predictable towards the end.

Four Years Later -

The big reveal here was the response to my Freedom of Information Act request from the Maine State Police. I know I mentioned the one I sent to the Department of Justice—which went to the Bangor office and was addressed to the newly appointed U.S. Attorney, Darcie McElwee—but that was almost just a practice run to see if anything would happen. Before that, I had sent a much more serious request to the Bangor office of the Maine State Police (MSP).

Here is why: in 2011, the MSP, the Brewer Police Department, and other law enforcement agencies served a search warrant on my business and home. They were investigating what became known as the Walmart Theft Ring (WTR). I contended then—and even more so now—that the criminal copyright case against me was a pretextual prosecution. They were using it to investigate, or fish for information on, that much larger case. I am not going to dive into all of the details right now, but I will as this journal plays out in somewhat real-time.

Here is the kicker. After sending well over a hundred FOIA and FOAA (Maine’s Freedom of Access Act) requests, four agencies—the Brewer Police Department, the Maine State Police, the Maine Attorney General, and the Department of Homeland Security—have yet to fully comply. As of May 2026, I still have pending requests with all four of those agencies for information that I am entitled to by law.

This month, my supervised release will finally end, and my criminal case will be (mostly) finalized. But this Prison Journal is going to continue, and I will keep pursuing those old requests—and filing new ones if required. I am completely prepared to relentlessly pursue truth and justice from the very agencies that supposedly stand for the same.

I was a little nervous about documenting the launch of this "Truth Crusade" back then in my journal. You hear horror stories about what happens if the guards find documents like that. Fortunately, those stories didn't become a reality, at least in my case. Another interesting development is that the BOP recently expedited my request due to concerns regarding "Due Process and Government Integrity." It is not a total win, but it is definitely a step in the right direction.

To Be Continued…
